With 30 years of experience, Kim is recognized as an expert in strategic curriculum & learning design for creative training solutions and the development & execution of leadership development programs. Her depth of knowledge brings agility to match the right design solutions to business needs, allowing her to elevate how programs are delivered for the most impactful, immersive learning engagements. Kim has gained her expertise in the life sciences industry, holding senior roles ranging from start-up to large companies. She has successfully built and led Sales Training & Leadership Development departments across entire organizations. She is a highly skilled, engaging facilitator adept in organizing and leading engaging both live and virtual events. Kim has 25 years of coaching experience for multiple levels of personnel. She has 12 years leader experience – internal and commercial. As an expert strategic consultant, Kim has created comprehensive learning solutions for all levels of personnel throughout companies, both nationally and globally to ensure behavior change and enhanced skill development.

Barry’s mission is harnessing 25 years of Fortune 100 biotechnology people leadership experience to elevate business outcomes. Specializing in strategic sales development, he utilizes his CPA background and senior sales leadership experience to coach sales teams, nurturing their potential and enabling robust growth in a fiercely competitive landscape. As a former Director of Sales Training at company Crop Science and a Regional Director of Sales at Schering Plough, he brings both significant training experience and field sales leadership to the table. Having worked in accounting at Price Waterhouse and Frito-Lay in his formative years, he uniquely understands the importance of business acumen in sales and marketing relationships, while 25 years of leadership in pharmaceuticals (company, Schering-Plough and Ther-Rx) have helped shape his perspectives around emotional intelligence and effective leader styles. This has allowed Barry to establish a robust biotech network and following, but most importantly a broad range of experiences to coach executives, deliver discretionary effort and drive ROI.

He has a proven record of elevating field force performance, scaling commercial capabilities, and delivering customer centered sales and marketing strategies that accelerate business outcomes. Nick excels at aligning cross functional teams and leveraging data driven insights, market intelligence, and operational rigor to enhance launch readiness, strengthen sales operations, and open new revenue opportunities. His leadership combines strategic clarity with a strong commitment to developing people and building high performing, collaborative teams. A skilled trainer and coach, Nick enhances commercial capabilities across sales and marketing by applying industry recognized methodologies including Karass Effective Negotiating, Dale Carnegie Sales Advantage, CustomerCentric Selling, and the Pitch Anything framework. With over 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Gene is a recognized expert in leadership development, facilitation, and innovative curriculum design. His experience spans 20 years in sales leadership and 5 years in market access leadership. He has partnered with global pharma and digital therapeutics companies providing insights in commercial strategy and team effectiveness to build impactful leadership & sales solutions. And, he has delivered inclusive leadership, unconscious bias, and emerging leader initiatives to global audiences. Gene is a certified John Maxwell Coach and practitioner of Insights Discovery, DiSC, and the LEA 360, which enables him to design science-based programs to drive measurable behavior change. His background in corporate communications, with roles as a Corporate Affairs Director and TV host, enhances his expertise in executive visibility, presence, and storytelling. As a coach on The Leadership Experience Tour, he helped leaders elevate their presence and inspire audiences.

Tina Doherty is an accomplished commercial strategist and training leader with over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. She transforms complex clinical and commercial objectives into field-ready training and messaging strategies. She has built and led high-performing teams at companies ranging from start-ups to global organizations. Tina specializes in launching products across complex channels—hospital, outpatient, and specialty care—while aligning cross-functional teams around sales execution, customer engagement, and market access strategy. Tina is known for her ability to identify strategic gaps in execution processes and deliver meaningful, actionable solutions that drive measurable improvements. She brings expertise in developing scalable onboarding programs, POA workshops, and role-based training initiatives that accelerate team performance and commercial results. Michele brings over 25 years of leadership in healthcare, training, and client engagement. With a foundation in nursing and a career spanning pharmaceutical sales, biotech consulting, and learning design, Michele understands the complexities of clinical and commercial environments. She has built national training programs, developed curriculum for high-performing teams, and partnered with stakeholders to drive meaningful education and behavior change. Her entrepreneurial work as owner of Always Faithful Dog Training highlights her ability to build trust, communicate with clarity, and lead with purpose. Michele is known for her strategic mindset and consultative style. She translates business needs into actionable learning solutions, fosters long-term relationships, and champions customer success across sectors from acute care to home health. Adrienne brings nearly 20 years of expertise in designing and delivering engaging educational content that drives performance and supports organizational goals. With a BBA in Marketing, she combines strategic insight with creative execution to craft learning experiences that resonate across industries and audiences. Her diverse skill set spans instructional design, content creation, and copyediting, enabling her to produce innovative, technical, and operational materials with precision and impact. Adrienne has developed customized solutions for life sciences, healthcare, consumer products, technology, and professional services—building programs that elevate leadership, strengthen sales teams, and enhance customer engagement. Her portfolio includes live and virtual workshops, eLearning modules, and program communications, each designed to apply adult learning principles and ensure measurable outcomes. Known for her attention to detail and ability to manage projects end-to-end, Adrienne excels at balancing creativity with structure. Instructional Designer & Creative Solution Strategist. Shelley is an instructional designer, learning strategist, content writer and project manager with 30 years of experience. She’s worked in a variety of industries including pharmaceuticals and life sciences, telecommunications, utilities, and insurance. She has a passion for developing leaders at all levels of experience and watching sales teams grow and thrive. Her expertise includes learning experience creation, instructional design, and creative writing and copyediting. Shelley excels in crafting innovative, technical, and operational content, producing high-quality results.    Project highlights include development of diverse, impactful commercial team development programs – specialty sales, leadership and customer-focused learning journeys. She leverages varied modalities to ensure application of adult learning principles for success and goal achievement.

Marc brings over 20 years of expertise in video production, multimedia design, and content creation, with a majority of his career focused in the pharmaceutical industry. He has successfully taken more than 1,000 projects from script to screen, often under tight deadlines and limited budgets, delivering impactful stories that resonate with audiences. His background spans directing, producing, editing, and technical programming, giving him a comprehensive skill set to support clients in crafting meaningful, high-quality training materials and communications. Marc thrives on helping organizations translate complex ideas into compelling visual narratives that drive engagement and lasting impact. Known for his enthusiastic energy and continuous drive to refine his craft, Marc collaborates effectively with clients at all levels. His ability to balance creativity with precision makes him a trusted partner in developing innovative solutions that elevate learning, strengthen communication, and inspire audiences across diverse sectors.

Kim leverages her 29+ years in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry and is a creative learning expert.  She offers a unique approach in strategic curriculum design and development with forward-thinking execution of leadership development programs.  She is an engaging facilitator with an amicable executive presence.

 

Her collaborative approach to gaining understanding of client needs enables her to create tailor-made customized solutions. She has expertise in adapting learning modalities for immersive live training, digital and virtual learning experiences.

Kim is proficient in talent development, creating metrics, conducting skill and competency assessments, and coaching.  As a seasoned sales leader, Kim provides a distinctive hands-on style in coaching professionals in a wide range of career levels, from sales specialists to senior leadership levels.​

She has an extensive background in leadership, learning strategy and curriculum design, project management, product launch and pre-market development – including sales force expansion, training program development and roll-out.  Her experience spans the industry in leadership, primary care, institutional, specialty and market access commercial teams. 

 

Her significant accomplishments have been recognized with numerous awards for sales excellence, leadership performance and peer recognition.  She is a member of Life Science Trainers & Educators Network (LTEN), Healthcare Businesswoman’s Association (HBA), and is a guest lecturer at Sacred Heart University.
